CRYSTAL SINGING BOWLS, REIKI + YIN YOGA

Join Natanya, REIKI Master & Yoga Instructor, and Kathleen Warren, Crystal Singing Bowls player, healer, and nurse, and treat yourself to 90 minutes of the exquisite tones of crystals bowls and release tension in the body through mindful Yin Yoga and a REIKI treatment.
Surrender to the healing vibrations of the bowls and allow your mind and heart to open up to a place of peace and love in this special class. A slow, reflective practice, where poses are held for 5-7 minutes, emphasizing an opening and stretching of the deep connective tissues.
This class will leave you with a feeling of deep serenity.

YOGA for STRENGTH + ENDURANCE
with Erin Zell (RYT 200)

Build strength and endurance with this four-week program with guest yoga instructor, Erin Zell, 200 hr RYT, that's designed to be accessible for most levels of yoga experience, including newer practitioners who are up for a challenge. Sign up and over the four-week program you'll experience a 60 minute class, each of which builds upon the last. This progressive program is broken down into three key focuses (lower body, core, and upper body) all of the classes will combine strength-building vinyasa flows and yoga-inspired strength and endurance drills. You'll also get a feel-good stretch to end each class. For your final week, we will complete a whole-body strengthening flow that ties everything together.
SATURDAY MORNINGS 9am to 10am - Offered for 4 Sessions Only!

Yoga teacher, and Founder of Soulstice Yoga Studio, Erin Finn Zell has a background in fitness and has led innovative classes in the Southeastern MA area for over 25 years. Erin completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in 2017. She describes her teaching as a focus in wholistic yoga benefits, including breath, mindfulness, alignment, and balance, taught always in a gentle and supportive environment. Her passion for anatomy informs her teaching. She is always striving to create an inclusive environment that both beginning and more experienced yogis feel challenged but most of all, joyful and empowered.
